A deposit of 2000 euro is required to reserve your chalet. A Deposit Contract is signed as a proof of the payment. At this point your selected chalet will be removed from the market. This amount of money is deducted from the final scheduled payment, when an Ownership Contract for the purchase of the chalet is signed with Safe As Houses.
